Yoga & Ayurveda A Course
One hour of refreshing yoga will be followed by a healing 2 hour Ayurveda treatment in this plan. The treatment starts with a full body massage using warm oil with medicinal, detoxifying and anti-aging effects. Your skin will be toned by pouring oil with medicinal herbs on special points of the body. Your body will then be wrapped in a warm towel to promote detoxification. Finally, shirodhara, pouring of oil with a medicinal effect on the third eye, will make you deeply relaxed. Enjoy an organic healthy meal afterwards. You can also use the Jacuzzi, steam sauna and swimming pool on request.

Yoga & Ayurveda B Course
Plan with a 1.5 hour spa treatment after yoga. The treatment consists of shirodhara, head, shoulder and foot massages. Enjoy a healthy organic meal afterwards. You can also use the Jacuzzi, steam sauna and swimming pool on request.
