Hello Natasha Just giving you some feedback. We had a wonderful time and everything went really smoothly. The guy who picked us up at the airport was waiting, efficient, helpful, couldn't have been better. It was all terrific value and we would use you again, be happy to go to the Rosani again and I'm recommending you to other people. You were very helpful and I appreciated that. Thank you! L. Thank you for organizing the package for us and the result was amazing. Our family had a wonderful time while we were there, the hotel is beautiful and the staffs are amazing as well and the weather was awesome. We have nothing to complain except for the traffic but no big deal as the most important thing is that we had a wonderful experience.

The Dewi Sri was more than adequate in terms of accommodation and service and the trip was really enjoyable. I very much look forward to booking with you again in the very near future. I am writting to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service, steven has provided me. I have stayed at many high class hotels around the world, but the Marriott at Bali provided excellent welcoming service. It is becoming all too rare these days to find a consultant and staff at hotels that go to such great lengths to satisfy customers and values that are rewarded in society. Hi Steven, Just a short email to thank you for organising our Bali trip for Priscilla & Michael Omar and Christine & Malcolm Manuk. This being our first of many more trips to Bali, enjoyed every moment, soaked in the sun and warmth into our skin. Shopping was fantastic, massage and pampering was even better and a wonderful experience and the people of Bali are gorgeous, always smiling, friendly and ever so welcoming. Our stay at The Amaris, Legian was also a wonderful experience. The hotel was extremely clean, our rooms were services each morning with clean linen each day. The breakfast each morning was lovely but only wish there was a bit more items like cheese, spreads and cold meat perhaps and nicer coffee and tea. But never the less the staff were really very nice. Each one smiled, friendliness and ever willing to assist us where possible. We also rewarded them with tips each day and they were over the moon with happiness and being acknowledged by us. A big Thank You to the staff of Amaris Hotel. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, who travels without children. If the hotel had the facilities for a family room or adjoining room for children, I would definitely go there again. However, if my husband and myself go without our children I will definitely stay at The Amaris, Legian again. The vouchers for $50.00 per person was not used by us as we didn't realise you had to spend $50.00 to get the $50.00 voucher. We have already commenced planning for our next holiday in Bali - January 2012 and Easter in 2012. So please keep me posted on any good deals but this time we would like to stay between 10 to 14 nights and happy to stay either in Legian or Seminyak. Many Thanks.
